Geri was born May 13, 1924 in Merrill, Michigan to William Harold and Helen (Lemer) Siler.
She was an elementary and junior high parochial school teacher for forty years in Saginaw, Michigan.
Her marriage to Charles Flattery produced six wonderful children.
Geri was a very active woman well into her 90's. Her three rules in life were to be faithful to the Lord, have a positive attitude and have a good sense of humor. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and a good friend to many. She always had open arms to people needing a special hug and words of encouragement only she could give.
She was an active member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Osprey, Florida.
Her cremains will be interred in the Memory Garden.
Geri was preceded in death by her husband Chuck, son Dennis, daughter Becky and a grandson Bill Jones.
Memorial contributions can be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Kavanagh House Hospice or wherever you feel there is a special need.
