Willie Joe White, Sr., 88, died in a local nursing center, Wednesday January 25, 2017. Mr. White was born in Florence County, the son of the late Frank D and Thelma Jones White. He was a car salesman for most of his working career. He was first married to Juliette Dabney, the mother of his children, then to the late Bessie Hewitt. He is preceded in death by a twin brother, Wallie White, who passed away in 2014, John White, Frank White, Jr. and his sister, Jewel Redman.
