Alden Moran

Alden R. "Bud" Moran, age 73, of Diamondhead, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017.

Bud was born in New Orleans to Arthur R. and Pearl Marie Chouest Moran. Having been an avid fisherman and outstanding pilot, Bud was not only a gentleman, but also a generous, kind, and loyal friend to many, including his canine buddy, Conan. He will be profoundly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Wilma Barrios (and her husband, Harold, Sr.); and nephew, Harold, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, (LIVING) Moran of Diamondhead; his daughter, (LIVING) Moran Sena (and her husband, (LIVING)) of Tempe, AZ; nieces, (LIVING) Barrios and (LIVING) Holden; nephews, (LIVING) Barrios and (LIVING) Stanford; and many cousins throughout Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2017, at 3:00 pm at Bayou LaCroix Cemetery in Hancock County.
