A Celebration of Life service for Patricia Outlaw Barrett, 78, of Camden, SC, will be held at 2:00 PM. Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Grace Episcopal Church. Rev. Charles Davis and Rev. Dorothy J. Killian, M. Div., J.D will officiate. Burial will be held at 1:30 PM, prior to the service, in Quaker Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in Richardson Hall. Patricia, widow of Cecil Eugene Barrett, died Monday, January 23, 2017. She was born in Camden, SC, the daughter of the late Charles Joseph Outlaw and Leona Inabinet Outlaw. Patricia was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.
Patricia is survived by her children, Kimberly Paige Peters of Eastover, James Howard Wallace III (Marti) of Camden, and Patricia Leigh Todd of Camden; grandchildren, Christopher Michael Harwell, Anna Katherine Wallace and Charles Joseph Todd.
