Names his wife Mercy Stillwell, eldest son Richard Stillwell, eldest daughter Mary Stillwell, daughter Deborah Smith, daughter Catherine Stillwell, daughter Anne Stillwell, son Samuel Stillwell, daughter Elizabeth Stillwell, youngest daughter Lydia Stillwell, grandchildren Mary, Richard and John Stillwell "my said eldest sons children." Appoints wife Mercy, brother-in-law John Read and cousin Richard Stillwell of Staten Island and Joseph Stillwell of Middletown executors.
