Mrs. Minnie M. Foster was born in Bell Flower, on April 25, 1881, daughter of John and Emily Rodecker. She came to Sedalia when young, and later moved to Parsons, Ks., and was married to George E. Foster in 1909.
Minnie died Thursday at her home in Sedalia aged 88 years. She is survived by her husband and one daughter, Mrs. Renee Crippen. Graveside services and burial will be Saturday at Oakwood cemetery in Parsons, Kansas. - Sedalia Democrat - Friday, February 13, 1970 pg.4
