He is a Manager of the world's largest McDonald's in Orlando,Fl. Simon and his partner enjoyed life, his puppies, traveling and recently purchased a home together in Kissimmee, Florida. Simon and Oscar Aracena- Montero like many young adults in the area enjoyed listening and dancing to Salsa at Orlando's popular Gay Night Club Pulse. On Saturday June 11,2016 Simon attended the popular Latin Night at the club. Enjoying a evening of Salsa dancing he and his partner were still there at last call which is now June 12,2016. A hateful man entered the club and opened fire on the patrons of Pulse Nightclub. Simon along with Oscar were two of 49 killed in what has been deemed the "Worst Mass Shooting in America". The City, the State the Country and the World mourn the loss of Simon and 48 others who were killed for who they were and who they loved. Simon like many who immigrated here loved this country so much that he became a Citizen and worked hard an was a great role model for many.God Bless you Simon and your family. May you rest in peace and keep dancing in Heaven. You will be missed by many but never forgotten.∼31 year-old victim of the Pulse Nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida.
