Connie L. Cellers, 63, of Oklahoma City, Ok, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2017, at South Central Medical Center in Arkansas City.
Cremation will take place at her request. No services are scheduled. Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas, 906 W Kansas, Arkansas City, Kansas 67005, was entrusted with her arrangements.
Connie was born on July 7, 1953 in Wellington, Kansas the daughter of Warren G. “Doc” and Betty Joy (Paris) Cellers. She graduated from Arkansas City High School in 1971. After high school she obtained her associate’s degree. She worked for many years in medical records at Cancer Care Associates of Oklahoma City. Connie was a loving and joyful person to be around. She collected pig figurines and was an avid OU Sooners fan.
Surviving to honor her memory is her brother: Dr. Larry Cellers and wife Darla of Arkansas City her niece: Valery Boothe and husband Justin of Wichita, KS and several great nephews and family members. She was preceded in death by her parents.
