Pauline M. Fadley, 91, formerly of Sycamore, died at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017, at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and ReHab Center, Upper Sandusky.
She was born April 9, 1925, to Harry Gillis and Stata (Risley) Bare. She married George Fadley Jr. April 9, 1944, and he died June 6, 1987.
Surviving are two children, of rural Wharton and of Sycamore; five grandchildren,18 great-grandchildren,
Pauline was a homemaker and also at one time worked at Mohawk Community Library and Fillmore Pharmacy. She was a member of Sycamore United Methodist Church, a 1943 graduate of Sycamore High School, and a charter member and past president of the Mohawk Lionesses. She was a member at one time of the former Sycamore Little Theatre, past board member of the former Wyandot County Heart Support Group, a volunteer for Wyandot Cares and also volunteered at the former Betty Jane Center, Tiffin, and Wyandot County Red Cross. She also was a member of the Happy Travelers. For hobbies, Pauline loved to go shopping and especially loved to watch her grandchildren and great-grandchildren in all kinds of school and sporting events.
Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore
