EDMOND
Ramona V. Goff Newcomb passed away January 16, 2017, at Integris Hospice House. She was born on the family farm in Hosmer, S.D. to Christian Vilhauer and Lydia Ehresman. After graduating High School, Ramona joined the U.S. Air Force and served at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. While in the service, she met and married the father of her three daughters, eventually settling in OKC.

Ramona, along with her second husband, James L. Goff, became successful in Real Estate in OKC and surrounding areas. Following her husband's death in 1979, Ramona continued a long and successful career in Real Estate eventually becoming a Broker.

Ramona, then married Leonard "Webb" Newcomb and settled in Edmond living next door to daughter, Cindee, where Ramona continued to live until her passing.

In spite of the pain and hardships in her life, she remained empathetic, loving, caring, generous and welcomed every day with a smile.

She is preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and husbands James and Leonard. She is survived by her daughters Candee Newman, Cindee Arreola and grandsons, Shannon Barrow, Jake Groshong and Danny Groshong, along with granddaughter in-law Dr. Ashley Groshong.

Memorial services will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home on January 28, 2017 at 2 PM.
