The son of William A. Allison and Elizabeth Carroll Allison. Sanford attended and graduated (8th grade) from Railroad School in Veale Township. It has been passed down generations that boys took Sanford's hat, he got pneumonia and died from it. He passed at age 21. Sanford scratched his initials in the living room window of my homeplace. It is still there today, 2017.
