On March 4, 1970 Charlene married Richard Hull who survives along with seven children, Jeff (Melissa) Cutcher of Troy, Richard Jr. (Angie) Hull of Piqua, Tony Hull of Sidney, Angela (Vernon) Peacock of Sidney, Caroline (Richard) Reier of Sidney, Katie Fisher of Vandalia, and Mindy (Ian) Wallen of Vandalia, one brother, Sylvester (Judy) Cutcher of Piqua, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Adelburt Sonny Cutcher, and a niece, Teresa (Cutcher) McKnight.
Mrs. Hull graduated from Piqua Catholic High School. She was a homemaker and a member of Northtowne Church of God.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 1 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave, Sidney, with Rev. Harold McKnight officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11 AM until the hour of service.
