William Abner was a son of Samuel Abner and Mary Parke.
He was married two times.
His first wife was Isabelle Belle Kidwell, who he married 12/21/1869. They had three children, Rose Belle, Lucy and James Jim Abner.
His second wife was Isabel Belle Maupin, who he married 3/23/1880. They had 5 children, James Tivas, Pattie F., Pleas S., Elinder Ella and William Robert.
Per his death certificate, he was buried in Berea Cemetery. I contacted Berea and was told the Historical Society did an inventory of all headstones and did not note a William or Isabel Abner. If both buried here per their death certificates, there is no headstone. The cemetery records were destroyed in a fire in early 1960.
