Stephen Dale Alquist, 66, passed from this life into his eternal life with his Savior, as his parents awaited his arrival on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 from Quaker Hill Manor.
Stephen was born on June 5, 1949 in Wichita, KS to the union of Dr. V. Dale Aquist and Katherine (Wilson).
Stephen was the oldest of four siblings.
Stephen enjoyed riding around in anything that had wheels, especially the tractor or car, and loved vanilla ice cream.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include one sister, Laurie Alquist of Baxter Springs; two brothers, Douglas Alquist of Baxter Springs, and Bruce Alquist, of Lenexa, Kansas; along with several nephews.
Stephen has been entrusted to Derfelt's Baxter Chapel for cremation.
