He was originally buried in his parents' lot at Mill Creek Cemetery, Ostrander, Delaware County (Find A Grave Memorial# 86623672), but was removed to Oakdale and reburied on February 5, 1958 (Oakdale records, volume 2, page 69, interment no. 6743).
