Katherine L. Ginochio, 83, of Modesto died Wednesday at Casa de Modesto Convalescent Hospital.

Mrs. Ginochio was a native of Ashland, Ore. She lived in Modesto six years. She was a homemaker.

Marianne Blount of Modesto and Janice Closson of Santa Cruz; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Oakmont Memorial Park, Lafayette. No public visitation. Colonial Chapel of Franklin & Downs, Modesto, in charge of arrangements.

Remembrances may be made to Casa de Modesto, 1745 Eldena Way, Modesto 95350 or Grace Lutheran Church, 617 W. Orangeburg Ave., Modesto 95350.
