Virginia Nelson Calhoun Holman, 93 of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Hurricane, passed away peacefully January 5, 2017.
Born July 2, 1923 she was preceded in death by her husband Edgar Overton Holman and parents, Broadie Lee Calhoun and Mabel Estelle Myers.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory three children; Sally (Eugene) Pauley of Columbus, OH, Judy (Bill) Morgan of Montgomery, AL and Eddie (Terri) Holman of Ankeny, Iowa; six grandchildren, Lisa Pauley, Richard Pauley, Jennifer Morgan Huston, Jessica Holman Hudson, Andrew Holman and Riane Holman Faulk, 10 great-grandchildren and three brothers, Neil Myers, Ted Myers and Rick Myers.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30am Tuesday January 10, 2017 at Valley View Memorial Park, Hurricane. Burial will follow in the memorial park.
Visitation will be from 10:00am-11:00am Tuesday at Chapman Funeral Home, prior to the graveside service.
