Kenneth “Ken” Hugo Adams entered into eternal rest on the evening of October 9, 2016. Ken, husband of Angela Adams (nee Harris) of Louisville, KY. The relatives and friends of Ken and Mrs. Adams are invited to attend a celebration of Ken’s life at Paul U. Lee Funeral Home in La Porte, TX, October 13th, 2016, at 5:00 p.m.

Ken was born November 9th, 1956 in Flint, MI., son of Charles “Hugo” and Dorothy Adams. The family later moved to Alabama where he attended Athens High School and graduated in 1974. Following High School he moved to Houston, TX where he worked for several chemical refineries before discovering a calling to funeral directing. Ken helped many families deal with the loss of their loved ones during his 20+ years working for Paul U. Lee Funeral home.

Ken’s passions included singing karaoke, riding his motorcycle, traveling to see his grandchildren in Alabama and California, and cracking the occasional corny joke. He was active in the LaPorte Chamber of Commerce and Optimist Club.
