Mrs. Margaret Dean Sharrer, of 1320 Sassafras Street, died Thursday at 11:05 pm, in the Franklin Hospital, where she'd been two months. She was born Dec. 2, 1913, in Venus, daughter of Reuben R. and Viola Harkless Dean.
She resided in the Franklin district most of her life, and was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, John E. Sharrer; children, Phyllis, Zedtah, Gerald, Gail and Roxie Ann, all of Franklin; five brothers, Charles Dean of Warren, PA, Reuben Dean of Alliance, OH, Arthur, George and Albert Dean, all of Franklin; four sisters, Mrs. Pratt Chromiger of Hyattville, MD, Mrs. David Minnis of Erie, Mrs. Gerald Huart of Canton, OH, and Miss Alberta Dean of Franklin.
Services will be at 2 pm Saturday at Buchanan Funeral Home with Rev. William Leyshon, pastor of the Wesleyan Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
