Peter Coyle, 49, well known Dubuquer, died at the home, 95 Southern avenue, Saturday morning at 8 o'clock. Although he had been ailing for the past six months, he passed away suddenly.
The funeral services are to be held at the home Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Interment will be made in Linwood cemetery.
Mr. Coyle is survived by seven sons, George, Albert, Marlin, Raymond, Harold, Leslie and Glenn, two daughters, Dorothy and Virginia, all of this city, his mother, Mrs. John Coyle, Jewel, Ia., five brothers and four sisters. A son, Louis, died two years ago.
For fifteen years Mr. Coyle was employed as a fireman for the I.C. railroad. Later he worked at the Ede Robe and Tanning company. He was a member of the First Congregational church and was affiliated with the I.O.O.F. Julien lodge.
