FRANK LEHMAN OF WINTERSET DIES

Native of Germany Died Here Sunday at Age of 86 Years

Frank F. Lehman, a native of Germany but a resident of Madison and Union counties for half a century, died Sunday, July 14, at his home in Winterset. He was 86 years of age.

Mr. Lehman was born in Luxemburg, Germany, on March 17, 1877, a son of Ludwig and Louise George Lehman. His active years were spent in farming. He was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church.

He was married at Laramie, Wyo., on Aug. 4, 1910, to Georgia M. Haymond, who survives him. He also leaves three sons, Ernest F. and Earl L. Lehman, both of Des Moines and Albert C. Lehman of Winterset. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday from the Wilson Funeral home in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. Marquis Aurelius of Creston. Burial was made in Graceland cemetery at Creston.
