Bob is the son of Merle and Beulah (Snapp) Myrick.
On November 29, 1951, Robert and Mary “Betty” married in Fayetteville, AR. Together they had eight children. Betty preceded him in death on June 23, 1998.
Robert joined the Navy at a young age. He served during WWII. Robert enjoyed working on cars, driving race cars, playing cards, raising pigeons and was an animal lover. He was a truck driver for many years. Robert also managed and operated Bob’s Conoco. “I wouldn’t have it any other way.” Robert Jay “Bob” Myrick.
He is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild.
