TYNIS, Ann Bell, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2015. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Ervin F. Tynis Jr. She is survived by two sons, Frank (Barbara) and Alan (Kerry); one grandson, Jake Tynis; and a nephew, Mark Bell. The family will receive friends Monday, December 7, 2015, from 4 to 6 p.m., at Bliley's-Staples Mill Chapel, 8510 Staples Mill Rd., Richmond, Va. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Feedmore; there are little children who are hungry.
