Services will be held Tuesday, January 16, at 1:30 P.M. at North's Memorial Chapel 242 Orange St. with Claud Fry officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery (The city of Abilene purchased the 20-acre Cedar Hill Cemetery in 1920. The Cedar Hill Cemetery Association bought it from the city in 1923. The city took over care of the Masonic and IOOF cemeteries in 1928 and the Cedar Hill Cemetery in 1934) under the direction of North's Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 - 7:30 P.M. at North's Funeral Home.
Mr. Fry was born May 18, 1926 in Abilene to King Claud and Edna Priscilla Fry. He was raised in Abilene and attended Abilene Schools. He married Dorothy Bristow July 18, 1948. He served in the U. S. Army Air Corp during WWII.
K. C. worked for West Texas Builder's Supply for 43 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, four brothers, and one grandson.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy; two sons, Robert Fry and Teresa, and Claud Fry and Donna; one sister, Margaret Werner; five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
