John Andrew Bowler Jr., 91, died Monday, Sept. 13, 1982 at his home in Hot Springs. He was born April 12, 1891 in Richmond, a son of the Rev. John A. Bowler, Sr. Mr. Bowler was a retired newspaper man. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Estelle A. Bowler; one daughter, Miss Antonette Bowler of California. A memorial service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday(today) at St. Luke's Episcopal Church by the Rev. James Cunningham. Burial will be in Mt. Oliver Cemetery.
