Lois Gabor Bennett, age 94, passed away peacefully, December 17, 2016 in Mooresville, NC. Mrs. Bennett was born on April 9, 1922 in Akron, Ohio. She was preceded in death by husbands James Gabor and Gerald Bennett, son Russell Gabor, parents Ralph and Sable Robey, sister Mary McAvoy and brother Nyle Robey.
She leaves to mourn, daughter Bonnie Morgan (Bob), son James Gabor (Nancy), step-children John Bennett (Vicky), Jerry Bennett (Ruthie), and Cheryl Bennett, seven granddaughters and ten great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Bennett was very active in her churches, The Chapel on Fir Hill in Akron, Ohio and Calvary Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC. She loved the Lord and was a prayer warrior. She was always there for anyone in need.
A service was held December 19, 2016 at James Funeral Home in Huntersville, NC. Final resting place will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg, Ohio.
