Dorene Naomi Heap passed away on a snowy December 14, 2016 morning at the Mt. Ogden Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ogden, Utah. Dorene was the youngest of three children. Born November 28, 1945 to Herbert LeRoy and Cora Savage in Brigham City Utah. She graduated from Box Elder High in 1964. She married Gerald D Peterson on March 20, 1965. They were later divorced. She then married the love of her life Allen Lee Heap on January 29, 1993.
She is escaping her children, whom she loved very much; Dennis Peterson, Pamela Peterson, Tammie (Steve) Underwood her favorite son-in-law, Brad (Renee) Peterson, Jolyn (Ray) Call, Kevin Peterson. 19 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother, brother and sister.
Mom loved her crafts and going on no-where destination drives. She was also a member of the LDS church in which she held and enjoyed many positions. She is and always will be loved and missed by many.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 19, 2016 at the Brigham City 12th Ward building, 139 East 300 North. A visitation will be held that morning prior to the service from 11:00- 11:45 am.
