He was born April 22, 1941, in Greensburg, a son of the late Harry E. Linsenbigler Jr. and Sarah Blanche (Landis) Linsenbigler.
Prior to retirement, he was employed by the former Monsour Hospital.
He was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise (Feld) Linsenbigler; a daughter, Brenda Linsenbigler; a sister, Gladys Linsenbigler; and two brothers, Robert and Carlyle Edgar Linsenbigler.
He is survived by his children, Edward Linsenbigler, and his wife, Ethel, of Jeannette, Charles Linsenbigler, and his wife, Connie, of Greensburg, David Linsenbigler, and his wife, Triscia, of Greensburg, Richard Linsenbigler, and his wife, Mindy, of Greensburg, and Michelle (Linsenbigler) Clark, and her husband, James, of Penn; 12 grandchildren, Ashley, Tabitha, Amber, Autumn, Devin, Chase, Dylan, Dallys, Peydon, Ty, Dawson and Owen; a brother, John Linsenbigler, and his wife, Phyllis, of South Carolina; two sisters, Patricia Howell, of West Mifflin, and Dottie Lynn Linsenbigler, of Penn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, in the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 N. First St. Jeannette. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home, with Father Paul Lisik officiating. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
