Lois Jean Hinshaw, 58, Indian Lakes Resort, Batesville, Ind., died Monday, May 28, 1990 in the Methodist Hospital in Louisville, Ky.
She was born Jan. 16, 1933, and was a homemaker, she married Melvin Hinshaw Sr., in May of 1950 and he survives; with two daughters, Edith Hampton, Brownsville, Ind., and Margaret Ritter, Orange, Ind.; two sons, Melvin Hinshaw Jr., Everton, Ind., and John Hinshaw, Clarksville, Ind.; two sisters, Minnie McNauer and Naomi Mason; two brothers, Walter and Bobby Adams; and 11 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter who died at birth and one sister.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Meyer's Funeral Home, Batesville, Ind.
Burial will be in the St. John's Cemetery in Huntersville, Ind.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and until time of the service on Friday.
