Obituary for Martha Ackerly Moger - East Patchogue - At Patchogue on February 5, after a long illness, Mrs. Martha Moger peacefully passed from this to the spirit world, aged 67 years. Mrs. Moger had for many years been a resident of this place, until about three years ago when she was suddenly stricken with paralysis, after which she removed to Patchogue, where she was tenderly cared for by her children. They have parted with a gentle, loving mother, but their loss is her eternal gain. "Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord."
