Elden Earl Adams, 81, of Tieton died Monday.
Mr. Adams was born in Cambridge, Idaho, and moved to the Yakima area in 1941. He served in the Navy during World War II and was honorably discharged in 1946. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for United Builders for 28 years.
Survivors include his wife, June Adams of Tieton; two sons, Rob Adams of Tieton and Don Adams of Mountain Home, Idaho; a daughter, Connie Smith of Tieton; a brother, Delton Adams of Moxee; nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Tieton Presbyterian Church in Tieton.
