THE PARIS NEWS, 20 Oct 1958: 'Mrs. Bill Ausmus, 66, died at home, 1230-16th NW, Sunday at 8:40 a.m. after illness. She was the former Miss Eunice Huggins. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Fry-Gibbs chapel here by the Rev. Crowley Bridges, Baptist pastor, and burial will be made in Hopewell Cemetery, nephews to be pallbearers. Surviving are her husband and these brothers, Ezra Huggins, DeKalb; Ira Huggins, Pasadena, Texas, and Noel Huggins and Alfred Huggins in Louisiana. Daughter of the Late Mr. and Mrs. Noah Huggins, Mrs. Ausmus was born in Hot Springs, Ark., 2 Feb 1892. She was a member of the Seventh Street Baptist Church here.'

Eunice Elizabeth Huggins was the daughter of Noah Leonard and Willie C. Vaughn Huggins. She was married to Arthur E. (Bill) Asmus, they had no children.
Eunice lived in Arkansas and Texas.
