SKIDMORE, RUBY, 77, of Louisville, died Monday, January 8, 2007. She was a retired food merchandiser and member of First Baptist Church of Fairdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard; and son, Tad. She is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Sedoris (Butch) and Linda Curry (Rev. Tom); grandchildren, Shari Michels, Tricia Sedoris, Sam Sedoris (Kara), Tad Skidmore (Tamra), James Curry, Daniel Curry and Brett Miller; three great grandchildren; brothers, David Brown (Marion) and Tommy Brown (Rose); and sister, Mary Ruth Skidmore (Ernest). Her funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Wednesday. Memorial gifts may be made to J. Graham Brown Cancer Center or Hospice of Louisville.
