Willie died from child birth complications, 13 days after Dorothy's birth, she is more than likely buried, Harmony Chapel Methodist Cemetery, Hico, Union, Louisiana with other family. Children: Willie Mae Pixley Peterson, Beulah Pixley Beckham, Alice G Pixley Beckham, Versal Johnson Pixley, Hazel Pixley, Dorothy Ann Pixley Ferguson. Per records and other info, from descendant's, after Willie's death, baby Dorothy was given to Willie's sister Myra to raise as she was unable to have children. Versal was said to have M.S., given to sister, Hannah Lear Ashcraft. Beulah, Alice and Hazel resided at Louisiana Methodist Orphanage, Ruston, Louisiana per 1920 Census. Hazel died June 11, 1919, age 4 while at orphanage, from head injuries, fell from 2nd story.
