Pursuant to an order of Milton A. Fowler, Surrogate of Dutchess County, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the estate of Robert Barker, late of the town of Red Hook, in said county, deceased, are required to exhibit the same, with the vouchers thereof, to the undersigned, Dexter Reynolds, Executor of said estate, at his residence, in the City of Albany, on or before the 20th day of March next, or in default thereof their claims will be debarred and precluded from payment by said Executor out of said estate.--Dated this 1st day of September, 1868.
