DELBERT BURKEY
Delbert Burkey, 62, of 1150 Roush Rd., died at 4 a.m. Friday in [Lima] Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient for three weeks.
He was born March 25, 1902, in Patterson to Gottlieb and Ella (Krall) Burkey. He was married in 1932 to Faye Benroth who survives.
Also surviving are three brothers, Ralph H. of Fairfield, Roy of Shelby and Harvey Sr. of Kenton.
He had been a salesman supervisor for Beatrice Foods for 40 years and was a member of the First Evangelical United Brethren Church and the Christian Service class.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in Lewis Memorial Chapel of Chiles and Sons-Laman with Rev. Joseph Graham officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
