Mr. Oliver Waters, age 78, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Loamie and Iona Broadus Waters, brother, Loamie Waters, Jr. and sister, Evelyn Morris.
Mr. Waters worked for many years in the marine sandblasting and painting business and worked for Walmart for ten years. He grew up in the dairy businesses. He enjoyed fishing and hunting in his past time.
Mr. Waters is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Shirley Wiggins Waters and daughter, Tanya Waters. and his pet companion "Buddy". He is also survived by his sister, Dorothy A. Wright, brothers; James E. Waters (Connie), Howard E. Waters (Linda) and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
