"Dolly" as she was known, was the daughter of Sherman Chandler Pollard, Jr. and Mildred Lillian Irish.

She was the wife of Jack Levin. They had no issue.

Aunt Dolly & Uncle Jack lived in Middletown, NY and they vacationed on the coast of Maine. After Jack died, Aunt Dolly moved back to Vermont & lived with her mother, Mildred.

Dolly had an interest in a variety of topics from current events, decorating, cooking, gardening, nature to antiques. I so enjoyed receiving her letters knowing there would be some article or recipe tucked into the envelope.

When I'd visit her we would stay up late just talking as she would say "girl talk". She loved shopping in Burlington & we would have a grand time making a day of it. On the day of Dolly's funeral Hurricane Gloria hit New England making it impossible for me to attend. I have always regretted that as she was very dear to my heart.
