Arlin Sanders, 91, of Locust Fork, AL passed away on November 25, 2016. Mr. Sanders retired from U.S. Steel as a Crane Operator after 38 years of service and served in the United States Army as a Staff Sergeant during WWII earning two Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star. He was a member of Locust Fork Masonic Lodge.

He is preceded in death by wife, Sarah Estelle Mize Sanders; parents, Will and Fannie Sanders; and several siblings.

Mr. Sanders is survived by daughter, Arlene Kelley of Locust Fork; son. Wilburn Sanders (Jane) of Locust Fork; grandchildren, Jeremy Lee Kelley, Billy Joe Sanders and Robert Keith Sanders all of Locust Fork; and special friend, Debbie Goodwin.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 11AM from the Chapel of Lemley Funeral Home with burial following at Green's Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Sanders will lie in state at Lemley Funeral Home on Wednesday from 9:30AM until funeral time.
