He was born October 3, 1938 in Brandenburg, Kentucky the son of Oliver Columbus Pack and Sylvia Bell Thomas Pack.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Angela Pack in 1963.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Reesor Pack; two children, Rebecca Ann King and Oliver Earl "Junior" Pack Jr.; two sisters, Thelma Lee Whelan and Georgia Rose Riechers; a brother, William Sanford "Bill" Pack; four step-children, Debbie Hubbard, Theresa Modrall, Billy Adams and Sherry Adams; three grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild; and his baby dog, Prissy Leigh Pack.
Burial was in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
