Waird — Frank Wiard aged 66 years of East Avon, was instantly killed when he fell from a second story window of the Livingston House in Avon, last Thursday evening. It is thought that Wiard, partially rousing from his sleep, arose and stumbled from the window while in a semi-stupor. The window is 25 feet from the ground and Wiard landed with such force that a rib was driven through his heart. A certificate of accidental death has been issued. He is survived by his wife, two sons end four daughters.
