Virginia Louise Channell is the daughter of Willie Louise Johnson Channell and Clarence Vester Channell.
Virginia is a 1947 graduate of Brighton High School, Tipton County, Tennessee. Retired from Tennessee Valley Authority, New Johnsonville, Tennessee.
Virginia married Joe Edward Napier on October 1, 1949. To this union two sons were born, James Edward "Jimmy" Napier (1950-1990) and William David "Billy" Napier. Grandmother of Carly Rene' Napier Schaaf (1982-2002) and Lorie Anne Napier (1982-2022). Great Grandmother of Kamryn Rene' Schaaf.
Member of First United Methodist Church, Waverly, Tennessee.
