Viewing will be on Wednesday from 9am-8pm and Friday from 9am-12:30pm at Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater. Graveside service will be Friday, November 25, 2016 at 2:00pm at Mount Hope Cemetery in Ripley, Oklahoma. Palmer Marler Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
Kristy was born on October 28, 1951 in Mannford, Oklahoma to Ray Wallace and Iva Lee (White) Philpott. She grew up in Mannford and graduated from Mannford High School.
Kristy married William Watts on December 28, 1978 in Chandler, Oklahoma. She loved to go fishing and camping, riding horses. One of her favorite things was to sing with her husband Willie.
Kristy is preceded in death by her husband William Watts and her parents.
Kristy is survived by one son Kim Lee; grandchildren Cammie, Tanner, Cole and Tyler Watts; Brother Jerry Philpott; eight sister-in-laws and six brother in laws as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
