She was born on August 10. 1929 in Fowlerton, Texas to Margaret Emma and William Henry Marley.
Mayme was married to her late husband, Frank Walter Fiedler Sr., for sixty-four years.
She was an excellent seamstress. Her completed crewel embroidery work was beautiful and perfect in every way.
Her favorite book that she read daily was the Bible. She was a woman of great faith.
Mayme is survived by two daughters and three sons: Trudy Wallace and husband Melvin, Candace Wubbena and husband Brian, Frank Fiedler Jr. and wife Nancy, Jack Fiedler and wife Cheree, and Steven Ray Fiedler.
She is also survived by three sisters: Edith Elnora Franklin, Laura Fayrene Ulbrich, and Anna Kathryn (Sue) Dean. Mayme was also blessed with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great- great grandchildren.
Visitation is on Saturday, November 26, 2016, from 9:00 to 10:00 am at Northway Baptist Church in Angleton. A funeral service will follow from 10:00 to 11:00 am.
Burial will follow in the Angleton Cemetery.
