Alice P. Gold, 98, passed away at Oakwood Heights on Friday, November 18, 2016, where she had been resident for the past 7 years.

Born October 19, 1918 in Oil City, she was a daughter of the late Archie and Mary Amanda (Sandrock) Berlin.

Mrs. Gold worked at the railroad, Isaly’s and retired from General Telephone in 1984 after 24 years of service.

On February 28, 1948, she married Jack E. Gold, who preceded her in death on February 14, 2002.

She is survived by a daughter and husband, three sons, one daughter-in-law, a grandson, a granddaughter, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Marion, Ralph, Dale and J. Delane Berlin; and six sisters, Margarite Davidson, Leota Benninger, Violet McCauley, Viola Spence, Twila Berlin and Carrie Stack.

Interment in Brandon Cemetery.
