Funeral services for Russella (Russy)Campbell, 44, of Tracy were held Monday, July 27 at 2 p.m. at Willow Lake Lutheran Church in rural Tracy. Burial was in the Willow Lake Cemetery.

Mrs. Campbell was electrocuted in a mishap late Friday morning, July 24, in Tracy. She died after coming in contact with a truck whose boom had, in turn, come in contact with an overhead power line.

She was born December 2, 1947, in Tracy to Merrill and Alice (Sorenson) Firebaugh. She attended Tracy High School and went to Mankato State University. She married Dennis Campbell February 18, 1967. She worked with her husband in a tree service. She was active in the church and stewardship. She was a member of the Ladies' Aid and was affiliated with Prairie Hospice.

Mrs. Campbell is well known in the Balaton community, as she had worked here with her husband and family with their tree service, most recently following the storms of June 16.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Robyn Campbell of Tracy; two sons, Dennis Jr. and Scott, both of Tracy; one sister, Marcy (Mrs. Fred) Schramm of Plymouth; and one grandchild.
