PORTLAND - Bernard L. "Red" Parks, 84, died Monday in Jay County Hospital.
The World War II Army veteran worked for Union City Body Co.
Surviving are children, William, Ohio, Judy Newlin, Portland, Pamela Stevens,
Marion, and Deborah Coleman and Brenda Glattli, both of Pennville and
sisters, Catherine Stein and Betty Heiby, both of Florida, and Violet Schmidtz
and Mary Lou Hoening, both of Ohio.
Services: 2 p.m. Friday in Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, 221 N. Meridian.
Burial: Antioch Cemetery.Visitation: 4-8 p.m. Thursday at American Legion
Post 211.
