Millage,60 of Marshall,Il passed away at 8:50 PM Sunday,March 31,2013 at her home following an extended illness.She was born Feb.15,1953 in Terre Haute,IN,the daughter of Roscoe Bays and Mary Elizabeth (Tischer) Bays.She married Michael L.Millage on Dec.24,1996 in Marshall,IL.Surving are her husband Michael;her mother Mary E.Ellis,Il;seven children,Victor Phillippi,Jeremy Phillippi,Jamie Sink,Dustin Phillippi,Danielle Elder,Stacey Orndorff and Kenneth Millage;15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her father and a brother,Rocky Bays Her last employment was Coil Sale of Marshall and she was a graduate of Mafshall High School.Private graveside services will be held at the Marshall Cemetery.Visitation will be 4-7 PM Wednesday at Perce Funeral Home.
