Anna M. Polcyn, age 90, of Maumee, passed away on March 1, 2006, at Ridgewood Manor. She was born on June 12, 1915, to Andrew and Stella (Szkatulski) Zielinski. Anna had worked at Toledo Stamping for 34 years. She was a current member of St. Joseph Church in Maumee, a former member of Nativity Church, where she was a past treasurer for the Rosary Society. Anna was also a member of the St. Francis Guild and AARP. She was an avid gardener and crafter.
Anna was preceded in death by her loving husband, Vincent S. Polcyn, Sr.; and brothers, Chester, Edward, Ollie and Florian Zielinski. Surviving is her son, Vincent S. (Monica ) Polcyn, Jr.; daughters, Arlene (Donald) Wines and Joanne (Edward) Rutkowski; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and brother, Ted (Rita) Zielinski.
Family and Friends may call at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. on Friday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday March 4, 2006, at 9 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Church in Maumee, at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
