Docia Ann Pruitt, age 69 of Hendersonville passed away on Friday, September 4, 2009 at her residence.

A native of Lonoke County, Arkansas, she was born to the late Roy and Mary Williams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Mark Lawrence; brothers, Ed Williams, Jerry Williams, and Tommy Williams.

She is survived by her daughter, Tina Summerlin of Hendersonville; son, Mike Lawrence of Little Rock, AR; grandchildren, Megan Summerlin of Hendersonville, Amanda Summerlin of Hendersonville, Tabitha Lawrence of Little Rock, AR, Michael Summerlin of Hendersonville, Mikayla Lawrence of Little Rock, AR; sister, Anita Gray of Belleville, IL., brother, Bob Williams of North Little Rock, AR.

Memorial service will be conducted on Sunday, September 6, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. from the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Ferrell officiating. Visitation will begin on Sunday, September 6 at 12:30 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Hendersonville Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
